3DFIT Boot: The 3D printed ski boot exactly to your measurements

Fits you perfectly!

A world first. Only from 3DFIT!

For the first time, we have succeeded in producing a customised ski boot shell from a 3D printer!

The shell follows the exact anatomy of your lower legs. So pressure points are history.

The result: maximum comfort with top performance. Absolutely no pressure points

Possible thanks to the use of state-of-the-art 3D scanning and 3D printing technology.

The 3D scan makes the difference

We use our 3D body scanner to measure the anatomy of your lower legs with extreme precision.

We pay attention to the correct alignment of the knee axis and determine the angle of support.

We capture your foot surfaces extremely precisely with a separate 3D scan.

Your anatomy shapes your ski boot

The 3D scan is our starting point for the digital creation of your individual 3D design.

From your scan, we create your shell as an offset of your feet and lower legs.

Whether hallux, high instep, overlegs or extreme ankles – your shell follows the shape of your feet.

Goodbye pressure points! With top performance.

We print your trays layer by layer

The ski boot shell with your individual shape is produced using the latest 3D printing technology on an HP Multijet Fusion system.

The stable, firm but somewhat brittle and rough 3D printing material becomes smooth and elastic through appropriate post-treatment.

The result is a perfectly fitting ski boot. Without compromising on comfort and power transmission.

The smart inner life thanks to the combination of the Race Liner with the individual footrest.

The Race Liner ensures comfort and offers you good performance.

With our 3DFIT foot support, you get an optimum heel fit and maximum power transmission from the top of your foot to your anatomically shaped ski boot shell.

Getting started made easy

Thanks to its individual fit, the 3DFIT ski boot works with a simple lid construction – without any buckles!

Entry made easy – the tongue of the shell can be opened completely!

And this is how it works.

1. you come to our store at Alpenstrasse 1 in Lucerne and let us scan you precisely in 3D.

2. we convert the scans into a printable 3D design and print the shells using the MultiJet Fusion process, treating the shells to make them soft and flexible.

3. we will contact you as soon as the process is complete and you can pick up the shoes from us. The production process usually takes 3 weeks.
